Roles and Responsibilities
1. Should have good hands of experience working on End to End Recruitments.
2. Should be well versed in handling IT / Technical Requirement's of Reputed MNC'S .
3. Should be well versed with Technical Terms and Technical Hiring such as Front end developer's , Full Stack Developer's , UI , UX Developer's , Automation Tester's , Sales Force Developer's etc .
2. Should be able to do screening and shortlisting of candidates through various Job portals like
Naukri , Moster, Times etc , Job Posting, Linkedin etc.
3. Talent Acquision, Talent Management .
4. Understanding Technical Requirements and searching the right Candidates and placing according to Client's need .
5. Client Interaction, Client Management
6. Should have good communication skills
7. Candidate should be full of confidence, with a positive enthusiasm and want to build career in
